Individual Coaching to Leverage Your Talent for Your Current or Future Role

Pre-requisite: any of the following programs

  • Leverage Your Sales Talents to Create Customer Advocates
  • Leveraging Talents to Create Effective and Productive Teams
  • Talent-Based Coaching for Managers to Create Engaged Employees
  • Leveraging Your Leadership Talent

Description: After completing one of the above courses, work with a certified Agentive coach and develop a powerful action plan to leverage your talents to lead, manage or sell more effectively. Coaching sessions take place over the phone and typically last 45 minutes to an hour every two weeks.

Participants who have followed a classroom program with individualized coaching are able to maximize their unique talent to increase personal and team productivity. Leaders and Managers alike will determine how leveraging their talent portfolio can produce powerful bottom line results.

Objectives: Upon completion of the coaching program, participants will:

  • Identify their core talent in each of the key categories that contribute to success:
    • Understanding and Explaining
    • Building Trust
    • Asking for Commitment
    • Motivation
    • Organization
  • Develop a coaching plan for each of their top direct reports (Managers and Leaders)
  • Identify the most powerful way for them to ask for commitment and get things done through others (Managers, Leaders and Sales Consultants)
  • Identify "attached customers" and build a specific game plan to leverage that attachment to grow sales (Sale Managers and Sales Consultants)

Target Audience: Anyone who has completed a Talent-based development program.

Format/Venue: 45 minute to one hour coaching sessions conducted via phone.
